2025 Ford Kuga Price, Review, Engine – The segment of compact SUVs is becoming increasingly well-known in Europe. The market is crowded than ever before, and Ford’s Kuga definitely requires some changes to be relevant. This is reason why 2025’s Ford Kuga is about to get a facelift. The Kuga’s North American twin, the Escape has been updated for the model year 2023 and we’re expecting similar updates to be incorporated into the following year’s 2025 Ford Kuga.
This will mean different modifications. Of of course, the biggest ones will be in terms of design, but we can also expect significant changes interior, particularly with regard to new technology and features for convenience. However we’re not sure whether the model in the coming year might bring new features underneath the hood.
2025 Ford Kuga Redesign
Exterior and Interior Design
The most significant changes are those that will take care of appearance. We can expect almost the same style changes we saw in the 2025 Ford Kuga, which received some significant styling improvements. It will likely have a completely new front, complete with more upright headlights as well as the grille that appears more bold and robust.
The rear will be based on the same style and will feature similarly shaped taillights, and some additional changes. We also expect to see the usual mid-cycle adjustments, including new wheels, colors and other similar items.
We expect improvements inside the car also. We are talking about this model, the U.S.-market Escape, which came with the same design for the dashboard but was updated with modern technology and features for convenience. Most notable model is the optional 12.3-inch model, and the basic models will have an 8.2-inch screen. Both models will feature the latest software version, featuring improved graphics, an user-friendly layout, etc. All models will come with an instrument cluster that is digital, as part of the standard equipment.
Naturally, we can also witness smaller-scale changes including new color schemes, the introduction of new materials, and so on. However, the overall layout remains the same. The cabin isn’t like its competitors but it’s still functional large, comfortable and spacious. Both rows are large and can comfortably accommodate adults easily. The cargo space is 475 liters in the back of in the 2nd row. This is typical for the segment.
2025 Ford Kuga Engine
The mechanical aspects of the vehicle is unlikely to alter. Therefore, we can anticipate seeing base models that come with an 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol unit with a maximum output of 150 hp. The motor is provided with a manual information and produces approximately 42 mpg on the combination of a ride.
The remainder of the lineup is powered by electricity and begins with a traditional hybrid, that is built on the 2.5-liter inline-four that has an output of 191 horsepower, and an average fuel efficiency of about 50 miles/gallon. Similar systems are available as a plug-in hybrid that has a larger battery and more powerful electric motor for an overall output of 220 horsepower. Both units are fitted with a programmable transmission. The PHEV also comes with the option of 37 miles when in its all-electric version.
2025 Ford Kuga Release Date and Price
It is expected that the 2025 Ford Kuga choice come sometime in the double quarter of the year. We aren’t expecting to see it costing more as the model currently in production that starts at PS31.000. Of of course the competition will stay similar, in the form of vehicles such as that of the Toyota RAV4, VW Tiguan, Peugeot 3008 etc.
